Why is does the leather look slightly different over time?

These high-quality leathers that we offer can slightly change color (darken or lighten in different areas) over time as they are used and broken in, which will leave each leather with character and a beautiful patina. 

How long will it take for my order to ship?

All of our products in our shop will ship within 1-2 business days, unless noted out of stock. If a bulk order was placed, shipping can typically take 1-4 business days and you will be notified if there is a change in processing time.

Can I order a custom watch band to fit my wrist and how do I tell you my wrist size?

Yes, you can order a custom watch band to fit your exact wrist size if it does not fit our standard size, which can be found in the description of the item. A custom size can be smaller or larger than our standard size. You can add your wrist size in the "Special instructions for seller" box located on the checkout/my cart page. We will then be able to create your watch band to your exact wrist size while still allowing room for future adjustments. 

Where do I put my personalization request for personalized products?

You can put your personalization request for personalized items in the personalization box on the item page. You can also put your personalization request or any details about your personalization in the "Special instructions for seller" box located on the checkout/my cart page.

Do you offer bulk order/quantity discounts?
