Returns and Exchanges

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
Thank you for purchasing our product(s), we understand that in some cases product(s) just don't work out as you hoped. We do accept returns and/or exchanges. You have 14 days of receiving your product(s) to contact us and send your product(s) back to us. The product(s) you are returning must be unused and in the same condition as you received them. We do not refund original shipping fees/costs.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (Order Number).

Products excluded from Returns or Exchanges:
-Personalized products
-Custom Sized products
-Custom made products per request
-Products returned more than 14 days after delivery

Once we receive the product(s) we will then inspect them for signs of use. If the product(s) are not received in their original unused condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. This would then subject your return to a partial refund.

Buyers are responsible for return/exchange shipping costs, unless your product(s) arrived damaged and needs to be replaced.

REFUNDS:
Once we receive your product(s) and have inspected the them, we will notify you of the status/approval of the return. If your return is approved, we will then process your return and a refund will be automatically made to your original payment method. Refunds can take several business days and will be based on your specific credit card/bank account company.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

RETURN SHIPPING:
To return/exchange your product(s) you should ship them back to:

You will be responsible for return/exchange shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable, unless it is a special situation that you have contacted us about.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS:
We do not typically accept cancellations because orders are usually handcrafted the same day you place your order. If your order has been made and you then want to cancel your order we reserve the right to charge a 5% restocking fee.
